Are the viz extensions really free?
Yes. The early adopter plan gives full access to our viz extensions at no cost, with no expiry and no credit card. If our pricing ever evolves, changes are never retroactive: access you already have keeps working (see the EULA).
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment information at all.
What data do you collect?
Only account data (email, company, team name, Tableau site, license metrics). We never collect or transmit Tableau workbook data. All rendering happens inside the Tableau sandbox.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. It has no expiry date, and viewers of published workbooks are never interrupted: dashboards containing our extensions always keep rendering.
How do I install an extension?
After signing up and verifying your email, go to My Account > Downloads and download the extension manifest. Drag it into any Tableau dashboard and paste your license token. Full instructions are on the Support page.
