Each module exists in beginner, intermediate, and advanced versions. We combine and adjust them after a short scoping call, so the program matches your team's level and your data.

Tableau Desktop
Fundamentals: connecting to data, building the core chart types, filters, and first dashboards.
Intermediate: calculations, parameters, table calculations, and interactive dashboard design.
Advanced: level of detail expressions, performance, advanced chart building, and design standards.
Web authoring and collaboration
Tableau Cloud
Working on the web: exploring, editing, and building content directly in Tableau Cloud.

How we teach
A teaching approach built on practice
A training session only counts if people use what they learned the following week. Our sessions alternate short explanations with guided exercises, and whenever possible we work on datasets close to your own so the examples feel familiar.
Our trainers are consultant-trainers: they build and administer Tableau platforms on client projects, and they bring that field experience into the room. Questions about your real dashboards are welcome.
What a program includes
Scoping call
We assess levels, goals, and your environment, then propose a program combining the right modules.
Hands-on sessions
Instructor-led sessions in small groups, alternating demonstration and guided practice.
Materials
Participants keep the exercise workbooks and a written recap of each module.
Follow-up
A follow-up point after the training to answer questions that appear once people apply the skills to their own work.
Delivery
On site or remote
We travel to your offices for in-person sessions, or run the same program by videoconference for distributed teams. Both formats use the same exercises and materials.
Group size
Small groups by design
We keep groups small enough for the trainer to look at every participant's screen and adapt the pace. Larger teams are split into level-based groups.
